ReplyDeleteSir, for 11th question, the answer can be nickel steel too. NICKEL STEEL is used in making automobile parts in general. So please consider this answer. And for 18i. vaccine - microbes is the answer.

ReplyDeletesir answer for the eleventh question can also be magnalium. As per the reader it is also used in manufacturing aircraft parts.Aluminium is a light metal and is highly strong and is not corrosive.
ReplyDeletesimilarly in the 35th question nitric acid is not used as a fertilizer is a correct statement. because it is used in the production of ammonium nitrate which is thereby used as a fertilizer. so nitric acid is not directly used as a fertilizer.It is also given in the reader. sir please make due consideration.

ReplyDeleteSir, For Question 11, The question asked is generic. It asks ___ is used in making automobile parts. Nickel steel, stainless steel both are used in making automobile parts . Text book provides some of the uses of each alloy , but is not restricted to only those uses in each alloy category. Could you please help us to understand why Nickel steel is not right answer.

ReplyDeleteSir, for the 11th question they have given two right choices (Stainless steel, Nickel steel) I think marks should be given to both the answers....even tho' stainless steel is alone given in the book...the students should be appreciated & encouraged for their reasoning ability for another right ans...if they lose marks for this right ans it will stop their creativity &they will surely become book worms which is not at all good for any ideal student..so pl consider this & appreciate the students who have given the right ans other than the book...

ReplyDeleteIt is also given in the guide that nitric acid is not used as a fertilizer in agriculture. That is the reason I wrote the same. (SURA guide-2015 2016). Please do check.
ReplyDeletesir; It is a book back question. We were not given an answer to this question. So we followed the guide.(SURA GUIDE 2015-16)The answer given for the 35th question (b)is a correct statement.(nitric acid is not used as a fertilizer).The justification given for the same is the one which I have mentioned above.

ReplyDeleteSir in book fossil fuels,thermal energy,hydro power plant and biomass are given as conventional source of energy.....so the answer for 44th is solar energy which is one of the non conventional source of energy..
